The Seiko Prospex Speedtimer SSC941 is a solar powered chronograph with impressive features and specifications. The watch is powered by the V192 caliber movement, offering a precision of ±15 seconds per month and a power reserve that lasts approximately six months when fully charged. Key functions include overcharge prevention, a 24 hour hand, a small seconds hand, and a chronograph that measures up to 60 minutes in 1/5 second increments. The watch also includes a power reserve indicator and a date display.

The case is made of stainless steel, measuring 13.0mm in thickness, 41.4mm in diameter, and 45.9mm lug to lug. It features a curved sapphire crystal with an antireflective coating on the inner surface. The hands and indexes are coated with LumiBrite for enhanced visibility. The watch is secured with a folding clasp with a push button release, and the distance between lugs is 21mm.
