The closed case back features an intricately engraved design showcasing a charted map of the world and the inscription ‘Terra Nova’, echoing the watch's adventurous spirit.

Driven by a modified Caliber 11 1/2’’’ BE-36AE movement, this timepiece houses 26 jewels, a Glucydur balance, an Anachron balance spring, and a Nivaflex mainspring. Operating at a frequency of 28,800 beats per hour (4Hz), it boasts a 38 hour power reserve, ensuring reliable timekeeping.

The dial exudes legibility in low light conditions, thanks to oversized numerals coated in full block Super LumiNova. This luminescent material also adorns the indexes and vintage inspired hands, while a broken railroad minute track enhances precision.
