Grand Seiko Heritage 60th Anniversary Limited Edition Quartz – SBGP007

Grand Seiko’s SBGP007 is a Limited Edition of 2500 marking the 60th anniversary of Grand Seiko and is part of the Heritage Collection. Housed in a classic 40mm stainless steel case that is a slim 10.8mm thick and 47mm lug to lug, with a curved sapphire crystal and push down crown that provides 100m of water resistance. A perfect daily wear watch that handles any situation, Grand Seiko equips this watch with perhaps the best quartz movement made today, the Caliber 9F85 delivering the high-torque needed to drive the razor-sharp dauphine hands and providing an astonishing accuracy of +/- 5 seconds per year! This movement also has a time zone adjustment feature allowing you to adjust the hour hand in one-hour jumps, backwards or forwards, making it convenient for travel and daylight savings adjustments.

Grand Seiko is known for intricate dials and incredible casework utilizing Zaratsu polishing to create a mirror finish. This special edition has a number of unique features, including the gold star on the dial indicating the additional adjustment required to attain the +/- 5 seconds per year accuracy, a solid gold Grand Seiko lion medallion and engraving on the case back, and a beautiful blue dial with unique dial decoration. In addition, the capped center seconds hand is vivid red, leading to its “Captain America” nickname. This Grand Seiko comes on a three-link polished and satin finished bracelet with a three-fold clasp and two half links to finely adjust the fit.
