Yes we do! We typically ask you to drop off and pick up your watch the next day, but if we are not too busy sometime we can do it while you wait. We offer a 1 year warranty or you can upgrade to our 3 year warranty. Please stop in and let us see your watch to determine pricing. 

Yes, we can adjust your bracelet while you wait. If you need additional links, we can work with you to order those. We can also adjust your rubber strap.

We do on occasion. We are particular on what we accept. Please bring in your piece and we will inspect it, then let you know if we will purchase / give you a trade in value of your piece. Original box and papers are always a plus in our decision.

Though we are not an authorized dealer for Rolex we will occasionally get them pre-owned. Let us know what you are looking for and we will notify you if we can get it in.

Yes, we have an on-site master jeweler who performs 99% of repairs at the store. We will be pleased to produce you with an estimate upon drop-off.

With all the variables at play in fine jewelry it is very difficult to estimate a price without inspecting the item firsthand. In most cases we’re able to provide an accurate quote before you leave the store.
