New COVID-19 In-Store Policies

With the rapid increase of COVID-19 in Maryland lately and the expectation of an increase in “second wave” cases, we have decided to modify our policies regarding in-store visits.

Appointments:
Effective immediately, we will be admitting customers by appointment only.
Appointments will be spaced out, and attendance limited. You can call to make an appointment at 410-721-7100. Individual appointments can be a maximum of 30 minutes.

Watch Batteries / Watch Link Removal:
Please drop off your watch in a plastic bag. Also in the bag have written on a piece of paper your name, phone number, and a brief description of the type of service you need. (Example: John Smith, 410-721-7100, Battery Replacement) We will then call you between 48-72 hours for pickup. 

Repair Drop Off / Pick Up:
If we currently have a jewelry/ watch repair, or watch battery replacement,  we will call you once it is completed and schedule a time for you to pickup.  Curbside pickup for these is available.

Gold:
We will refrain from purchasing gold until further notice.

Monday – Friday : 10a.m. – 6p.m
Saturday: 10a.m. – 5p.m.
Sunday: 11a.m. – 5p.m.

We are still currently fully functional via our website. We will ship purchased items on our normal schedule and time frame.
